The Australian Open’s premium culinary experiences for 2026 have been revealed, listing a best-in-class line-up of local and international chefs.
AO Reserve patrons in 2026 have the opportunity to enjoy Michelin-worthy dining thanks to Simon Rogan. The British chef behind L’Enclume (which sold out residencies at Sydney’s Bathers’ Pavilion in 2025 and 2023) is known for a produce-led philosophy across his international restaurant portfolio, which collectively holds nine Michelin stars. Rogan will be cooking exclusively for guests at Club 1905, offering three-course menus at every session of the tournament in the opulent space, which boasts a private outdoor bar.
Chef Peter Gilmore will cook up a theatrical feast on the Champions Rooftop overlooking the entire Australian Open precinct, and Gourmet Traveller’s Restaurant of the Year 2024, The Agrarian Kitchen Restaurant, will serve three-course menus in the AO Glasshouse. Glitzy Brisbane restaurant SK Steak & Oyster will be on bistro-style classics like prawn cocktails, and award-winning Melbourne cocktail den Caretaker’s Cottage will host the 16-person Bar Suite during every session.
Returning AO Reserve chef talent includes Shimpei Raikuni (Brisbane’s Sushi Room), who will host an omakase dining experience with On-Court presented by Piper-Heidsieck, plus Melbourne chef Alejandro Saravia (Morena and Farmer’s Daughters) has been called upon for grazing-style spreads and private suite catering. Further spaces include the Riverside Social rooftop bar, The Lounge for private groups up to 60 people, and the Western Lounge for up to 80.
“When we debuted AO Reserve last year, it instantly sparked excitement among our fans,” said Tennis Australia’s chief commercial officer Cedric Cornelis in a statement. “With every little detail considered, we know they have an unforgettable experience in store for them at the Australian Open 2026.”
In addition to the elevated dining program, AO Reserve tickets offer the best seats in Rod Laver Arena, premium beverage packages, and one-of-a-kind Grand Slam experiences like encounters with players and the Australian Open trophies. AO Reserve experiences are on sale now, and details on the broader Australian Open 2026 precinct food program will be announced in October.
