1.Combine mayonnaise, anchovies, garlic, and lemon rind and juice in a bowl, and season to taste. Spread bread slices with a little anchovy mayonnaise, top with lettuce, drained fennel and prawns, season to taste and serve drizzled with extra anchovy mayonnaise.
