Is there a trick to get cheaper flights?

When it comes to booking a flight on sale, timing is everything. Domestic flights are often cheapest 1–3 months ahead, while international flights can be cheapest 2–6 months out. It’s also best to fly mid-week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays often have lower flares. For your best chance at a lower fare, avoid school holidays, public holidays, and major events if you can.
